DPx Gear Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting DPx Gear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time.  Some products may be fulfilled through alternate warehouses, which contribute to this processing time.  Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  If you are outside of the US and your order is fulfilled by an alternate warehouse or distributor that cannot ship to you directly, your order may take longer, as we receive it and send it to you from HQ.

You may check on to the status of your order any time by contacting customerservice@dpxgear.com, and we will gladly provide you with the rundown of your order’s status.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Please add processing time to this estimate to better understand delivery timing.  We will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible once it is received, however, holidays and weekends may affect this timing.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

DPx Gear ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and worldwide.  Delays may be possible for shipments outside of the United States. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

DPx Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

DPx Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
