Return Policy

DPX GEAR RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 30 days (limited runs and numbered products within 14 days), and include the original packaging.

We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as a refund using the method you used as payment originally.

Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. 

We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
We don't offer products on an "on approval" basis and if a customer continually returns products we have no choice but to charge a 5% restocking fee to offset our processing costs. The determination of which customer is a frequent returner will be made by the DPx Gear.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty concerns, please open a warranty claim by emailing customerservice@dpxgear.com and reference Warranty in the email subject line.
If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back and we will correct it as soon as possible.
